The Moberly City Council accepted bids for work at City Hall and the Omar N. Bradley Regional Airport during its most recent meeting.
The council first reviewed two bids for HVAC system pipe flushing work at City Hall. Community Relations Manager Scott McGarvey says this is part of routine maintenance for a building that’s been in place for several decades.
The council accepted the low bid from Durbin Enterprises for the work. The total bid was approved at $7,050.
The board also approved the bid from JT Holman General Construction and Excavating for the construction of a new taxilane for T-Hangers at the city’s regional airport. McGarvey says this is the first phase of a project to expand the airport.
The council’s next meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 1.
