
A medical issue resulted in a one-vehicle crash north of Macon on Thursday, Nov. 20, causing moderate injury to the driver.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to the crash around 6:35 p.m. on U.S. Route 63. According to the patrol, the 59-year-old driver from Sturgeon experienced a medical issue, resulting in his pickup going off the right side of the northbound lanes. The pickup then struck a field entrance and overturned. The driver was taken to a Kirksville hospital.
