The Missouri Tigers football team came back from a halftime deficit to defeat the Arkansas Razorbacks 31-17 on Saturday, November 29.

Mizzou activated its run game early, getting a four-yard touchdown carry from Jamal Roberts on Missouri’s opening drive. The Tigers scored another touchdown in the second quarter on a Quarterback keeper from Beau Pribula, but Arkansas went into the locker room with a 17-14 lead after a 28-yard field goal right before the end of the half.

That would be the last points the Razorbacks would be able to put up as the Mizzou defense forced four punts in the second half.

The Tigers continued to dominate on the ground, taking the lead for good in the third quarter after a 53-yard touchdown carry from Ahmad Hardy.

In the fourth, Mizzou started to pull away after a 41-yard field goal and a 67-yard punt return from Kevin Coleman Jr. for the game’s final score.

Pribula only attempted seven passes, completing four of them for 25 yards. As a team, the Tigers ran for 322 yards, getting 157 from Hardy, 100 from Roberts, and 78 from Pribula.

Missouri improves to 8-4 on the season. This is the third winning season in a row for the Tigers, the first time Mizzou has achieved that since 2011. The Tigers now wait for its bowl destination.
