
Beverly Ann Spotts, 82, of Waverly, MO, died Monday, December 1, 2025, at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 6, 2025, at Zion Lutheran Church in Blackburn with Pastor Timothy Miille officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday at the church. Memorials are suggested to Zion Lutheran Church in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home. Born December 22, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Henry Miller and Pauline Knopf Miller. Beverly lived in the Lafayette County area most of her life and was a graduate of Blackburn High School. She was married to Thomas William Schick and he preceded her in death. Beverly worked for over 30 years at Alma Co-Op Locker where she served in various positions. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and Lutheran Women’s Missionary League.
Survivors include two daughters, Kimberly Sowers of Alma and Kristine Purkey of Smithville; four grandchildren: Danielle Beumer (Matthew), Tristan Wilkinson (Tyler), Peyton Sowers and Koen Purkey; five great-grandchildren: Addison, Chloe, Hudson and Harper Beumer and Rylee Wilkinson; three sisters-in-law, Janet Miller, Beverly Miller and Connie Miller; as well as nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
In addition to her parents and husband, Beverly was preceded in death by three brothers, Roger, Ellis and Clyde Miller.
