
Two men from Pleasant Hill suffered moderate injury after their vehicle went off a Johnson County highway early Tuesday, Dec. 9.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says their vehicle was heading west on U.S. Route 50 about nine miles northwest of Warrensburg, when at around 1:30 a.m. the vehicle went off the left side of the road near NW 821st Road and went airborne, overturning. The 47-year-old driver and his 23-year-old passenger were taken to a Warrensburg hospital for treatment of moderate injuries. Both men were wearing their seat belts at the time of the crash, according to troopers.
