The Marshall-Saline Development Corporation Board of Directors has elected its officers for 2026 following its December board meeting.

MSDC Director Conner Swift says the 2025 officers were all re-elected to their current positions for 2026, with Anmarie Gibson serving as President, Bud Summers as Vice President, and Matt Huston as Secretary/Treasurer.

 

Anmarie Gibson currently works for the City of Marshall as the Human Resources & Communications Director. Bud Summers currently works for Exchange Bank of Missouri as the Business Development Executive Officer. Matt Huston is the Senior Vice President of Wood & Huston Bank.

Additionally, the Board reviewed the two submitted applications for the at-large seats on the MSDC Board. Angy Littrell and Sandy Hisle, who filled the at-large seats in 2025, were elected to remain in those seats for 2026.

The board also heard an update regarding the design work on the Bayer Lot being performed by Great River Engineering.

 

Swift says he expects the design work to be complete by the end of December.
