A temporary disruption in water service will occur for some Moberly water customers on Tuesday, December 16, for a water main valve replacement.

The customers affected by this disruption include residents on the 1700 block of Talon Street between eagle and East Urbandale, as well as the surrounding areas. Water service will be restored once repairs are completed.

A 48-hour Boil Advisory will go into effect once water service is restored. During an advisory, water used for consumption should be boiled for 3 minutes and cooled before drinking. Customers with questions should call the water office at 660-263-4420.
