Educators are continuing to explore and grasp the use of artificial intelligence in their classrooms.
A policy put forward by the Missouri School Boards Association to their member school districts asks schools to form a team of staff members that will regulate, monitor, and adjust AI use in the district, as well as develop a district-wide plan. One such plan was recently considered by Moberly’s Board of Education, according to Supt. Cristina Wright.
Wright says AI use is already commonplace in the classroom by both students and faculty.
An updated policy, EHBD, was among the slate of policies from the MSBA that the Moberly School Board adopted at their Dec. 9 meeting.
