The Missouri State Highway Patrol announced that 25 troopers graduated from the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy on Friday, December 19.

The Honorable Robin Ransom, Supreme Court of Missouri, administered the Oath of Office to the new troopers. Missouri Lieutenant Governor David Wasinger provided the keynote address, and Colonel Turner also addressed the class. The Troop F Color Guard presented the colors and Sergeant Andrew A. Henry (H) performed the national anthem. Pastor Ken Harland, Clover Road Christian Church, provided the invocation and benediction.

Included among the graduates was Marshall native Raul Hernandez, who was assigned to Troop H, Zone 10 in Daviess and DeKalb Counties.

The ceremony took place at 10 a.m. Friday at the Patrol Academy’s gymnasium. The 124th Recruit Class reported to the Academy on July 1. The new troopers will report to duty in their assigned troops on January 5, 2026.
