The Glasgow School District Board of Education is adding a new bus to its fleet after accepting a bid during its December 17th meeting.
The board accepted a bid from Central States Bus Sales for the new bus. Superintendent Stacey Kottman says the purchase will be covered by a VW Bus Grant.
Kottman says the district will only have to pay $6,600 for the new bus, with the grant covering $150,000 of the cost.
The board also discussed updates on the Continuous School Improvement Plan (CSIP).
The Board’s next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 21st.
