A Knob Noster man incurred moderate injury after his pickup crashed along U.S. Route 50 in Pettis County on Tuesday, Dec. 23.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the 29-year-old was driving west on the highway at about 10:35 p.m., when about a mile east of La Monte he ran into the median. The pickup struck the crossover and became airborne before landing in the median. He was taken to a Warrensburg hospital for treatment. Troopers say the man was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash.
