The Higginsville Board of Aldermen approved a Conditional Use Request for a lot on Highway 13 Boulevard during its meeting on Monday, January 5th.

The request, which came from Keith and Joel Garber with Provestors, LLC, was first approved by the Planning Commissioner before going to the Board of Aldermen for final approval. City Administrator Jeanette Dobson describes the purpose of the request.

 

Aldermen also approved appointments to various boards and commissions. Jeff Gash, Robert Nolte, and Larry Meinershagen were all appointed to the Building Code Board of Appeals. Sarah Berry and Sevier Hoefer were then appointed to the Historic Preservation Commission. Finally, Daryl Augustine was appointed to fill an unexpired term on the Planning Commission.

The Board of Aldermen’s next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 20th.
