The Moberly School District Board of Education approved the 2026-2027 tuition rate and salary schedule during its meeting on Tuesday, February 10th.

According to Superintendent Cristina Wright, the 2026-2027 Salary Schedule includes a 1.5 percent base increase for staff. Wright says the increase is to help retain and attract staff to the district.

 

The board also set the district’s tuition rate for the next school year, which will be $11,650 per year for Elementary, Middle, and High School. Wright says the tuition rate has remained the same over the past several years.

 

The Board of Education also reviewed bids for its transportation contract, ultimately deciding to stay with First Student for a three year contract. The board also tabled any action on the Early Childhood Learning Center agreement and fees until the next board meeting, which will be held on Tuesday, March 10th.
