Smith-Cotton High School gave Reileigh Simons a spirited send off this week, ahead of the sophomore’s appearance at the Class One MSHSAA State Swim and Dive Championships that begin Thursday, Feb. 19 at the St Peters Rec-Plex.

Supt. Dr Todd Fraley says Simons is the latest Tiger to receive the school’s traditional send off from Sedalia to state.

Simons qualified for state in the one-meter diving event, advancing from the district meet hosted last week at Belton. The diving competition begins at 4:30 p.m.
