Residents in the five counties that comprise the West Central Missouri Solid Waste Management District F are encouraged to complete a survey focused on recycling programs in the region.

Director Rebecca Whitaker says the survey is open as the district hosts its annual town hall meetings in each county.
.

Whitaker says the survey also gives residents a chance to provide information on other waste management issues they’ve come across in their county.

The West Central Missouri Solid Waste District hosted meetings last week in Johnson, Lafayette and Saline counties. Their meetings next week are scheduled for March 9 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Morgan County Library in Versailles and March 11 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Sedalia Public Library. The district’s executive board meeting will take place the morning of March 12 in Sedalia.
