Several area school boards are planning to host their monthly meetings this week, as districts plan to approve salary schedules and other items regarding the 2026-2027 school year.

The Green Ridge R-8 Board of Education is meeting Tuesday at 6 p.m. The board plans to approve the certified and classified salary schedules and also hold a discussion regarding hiring students to work over the summer. The Prairie Home R-5 School Board is also meeting a 6 p.m., with the only agenda item being a Trust Agreement with the Ozark Schools Benefits Association (OSBA).

The Concordia R-2 Board of Education will meet at 7 p.m. to approve salary schedules and the district’s online curriculum. The board will also approve a new health insurance provider for the 2026-2027 school year.

On Wednesday, the Glasgow Board of Education plans to meet at 7 p.m. to review mowing bids, approve the 2026-2027 salary schedule, and discuss the district’s health insurance.

Other school boards meeting this week include the New Franklin School Board at 6 p.m. Wednesday; and the Sweet Springs Board of Education at 7 p.m. Thursday.
