
The Knob Noster Board of Aldermen held a discussion over the final purchases from the 2025 Missouri Blue Shield Grant during its meeting on Tuesday, March 17th.
The city received the Blue Shield designation in 2025 and was awarded a $50,000 grant to use for law enforcement and public safety needs. City Administrator Cameron Jackson explained that city staff wanted to inform the board what the remaining grant money would be used for.
Jackson says the city will be purchasing safety equipment for its officers.
In other news, the board renewed its Mutual Aide Agreement with the La Monte Fire Department and held addition discussion regarding applications for the AARP and CFP grants.
The Board of Aldermen will next meet on Tuesday, April 7th.
