The Concordia School District approved action items regarding the district’s 2026-2027 salary schedule and health insurance plan during its meeting on Tuesday, March 17th.

According to minutes from the meeting, the board approved a $38,400 base to the teacher’s salary schedule, as well as a 4.3 percent increase to support and administrative staff schedules. Board members also approved a contract with True Captive for the district’s health insurance at a cost of $625 per month.

During closed session, the board accepted the resignation of High School Principal Alex McClafferty effective at the end of the current school year. The board then hired Brianne Bredehoeft as the next High School Principal.

The board’s next meeting is set for Wednesday, April 15th.
