
A Richmond man was flown to a Kansas City area hospital after his tractor was struck on a Ray County highway Wednesday, Mar. 25.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the collision occurred around 9 p.m. on Route 10 near Young Road, about three miles west of Hardin. According to the Patrol, the 44-year-old farmer was eastbound on the highway when his tractor was struck from behind by a pickup driven by a 50-year-old man from Salisbury. Troopers described the farmer’s injuries as moderate, while the pickup’s driver had no reported injuries.
