A two-vehicle collision west of Warrensburg on Sunday, Mar. 30 dealt injuries to four people.

The collision occurred in the westbound lanes of U.S. Route 50 at the intersection with Northwest 671 Road just after 2:30 p.m. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a southbound pickup driven by a 62-year-old Warrensburg man failed to stop at the intersection and was struck in the driver’s side by a westbound car driven by a 21-year-old woman from Holden. A passenger in the car, a 35-year-old man from Holden, suffered moderate injury and was taken to a nearby hospital. Both drivers incurred minor injuries and were also treated at Warrensburg. A passenger in the truck refused treatment at the scene for her minor injuries. Troopers say that only the driver from Holden was wearing her seat belt at the time of the crash.
