The City of Moberly has closed a block of Bertley for a culvert replacement Monday, Apr. 20, 2026.

City crews are replacing a culvert along the 600 block, just south of Grand Avenue. Access should be restored by the end of the day. Until then, drivers are asked to find alternate routes.
