A cornucopia of cuisine awaits visitors to the Saline County Career Center on Friday, May 1 for the center’s sixth annual Food Truck Day.

The event is organized in part by the center’s FBLA chapter and is the culmination of a semester-long unit in the entrepreneurship class at SCCC, taught by Tracy Crumbaugh.

Crumbaugh says about 14 trucks will set up shop Friday. Other classes and organizations at the Career Center also take part in the event.

The Food Truck Day will run from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. Friday at the Saline County Career Center.
