The Marshall Police Department is investigating after receiving a report of a stolen trailer from a business.
According to Marshall Police, the owner of Narron’s Auto Body Shop alleges an 18-foot black-in-color flatbed trailer was stolen from the property on East Morrow Street sometime between 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19, and 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 20.
The owner- who provided pictures of the trailer and tire tracks that led from where the trailer was parked to where it exited the parking lot on the west side- values the trailer at $3,000.
A canvass of the area reportedly yielded nothing of evidentiary value at the time the report was filed.
Authorities entered the trailer into the M.U.L.E.S./N.C.I.C. system as stolen.
