A court proceeding for a Windsor man charged with multiple sex-related felonies after three youths accused him of inappropriate contact with them on two separate occasions last year is scheduled to be held this week.

A probable-cause statement says on July 18, 2018, the juveniles alleged to authorities they were inappropriately touched during a sleep-over and pool party at a residence in Windsor on July 2 and 7.

Online court documents say 44-year-old Christopher Hidy is facing two counts of a Class C Felony for Third-Degree Child Molestation; a Class D Felony for Tampering or Attempt to Tamper with a Victim in a Felony Prosecution; and four counts of an Unclassified Felony for Statutory Sodomy or Attempted Sodomy.

Bond originally was set at $100,000 cash or surety. The court authorized 10-percent- or $10,000- cash bond on October 5, and Hidy posted bond on October 10.

Hidy pleaded not guilty on February 14. A motion by Hidy’s attorney for change of venue was denied by the court on May 13.

A criminal-setting hearing is scheduled to be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, December 9, at Henry County Circuit Court.
