During its meeting this week, the Marshall City Council was asked to approve an ordinance authorizing and directing the mayor to execute an agreement between the city and Mid-Mo Demo Services, LLC, for the removal of scrap material from certain city-owned property.
City Administrator David Haugland explained this involves buildings and some other structures still standing on the campus formerly known as the Marshall Habilitation Center.

Haugland was asked if this includes all of the group homes on the campus.

The council voted to approve the ordinance.
