A warrant has been issued and bond set at $50,000 cash or surety for a 39-year-old Sedalia man who has been charged with drug-related felonies after a traffic stop on Wednesday, February 5.
The police officer says he found a plastic bag containing 179 grams of marijuana and two digital scales and 14 smaller plastic bags. The officer also says he found two parts of a methamphetamine smoking bong and a syringe containing 10 milliliters of methamphetamine.
Court documents say Andy Hoyt Schultz has been charged with a Class C Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance; a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance; and a drug-related misdemeanor.
Schultz’s initial appearance is pending at Pettis County Circuit Court.
