A Carrollton man charged with felonies for allegedly performing sex-related acts with a juvenile last year is due in an area courtroom this week.
According to a probable-cause statement, on June 18, a 16-year-old female reported to a Carrollton Police officer that she had been raped earlier in the day by 22-year-old Theodore Ryan Draeger. The alleged victim said Draeger sodomized her.
Online court documents say Draeger has been charged with Class D Felonies for Statutory Rape in the Second Degree and Statutory Sodomy in the Second Degree.
Draeger, who reportedly entered a plea of not guilty during a hearing on October 12, is scheduled to appear for another hearing at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, February 13, at Carroll County Circuit Court in Carrollton.
