Irene F. Potts, age 89, of Gilliam, died Wednesday, May 13, 2020.
Private family services will be held at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall. Burial will follow at Sunset Gardens Cemetery in Marshall. There will not be a formal visitation, but friends may come by the funeral home from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Monday, May 18. If you choose to come by the funeral home, face masks are required, and social distancing will be observed.

Survivors include one daughter, Pam Kruger (Darryl) of Slater, MO; five grandchildren, Brad Kruger (Nicholette), Rebecca Davis, Adam Kruger (Lisa), Amanda Lewis (Gail) and Aryannah Kruger; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandsons; step-daughter, Jeannie Clayton (Harold) of Marshall; and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by A.W.’s family.
Irene was preceded in death by her parents, George W. Freeman and Kathryn Bell Freeman; husband, A.W. Potts; one grandson, Darryck Kruger; and two brothers, Raymond and George Freeman.
