A Harrisonville man has been charged with a felony for allegedly being the suspect in a stolen-vehicle case late last year.
According to a probable-cause statement, authorities located DNA and finger prints on the vehicle, which was located in Marshall on December 28. Witnesses identified a suspect, as well. The vehicle was reported stolen out of Bates City on December 22.
Kenneth Jeffery Siebert has been charged with a Class D Felony for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree. Bond has been set at $7,500 cash or surety.
Siebert’s initial hearing is pending at Saline County Circuit Court.
