A 42-year-old Marshall man who was the subject of a manhunt following two shootings on October 2, 2019, in Saline County is scheduled to be in court on Monday.

Authorities allege Terrelle Palmer shot four people at two different residences. One of the victims died, and three others suffered injuries. The shootings led to a citywide lock-down; and Palmer fled the area. Palmer was apprehended in Mississippi on October 18.

Palmer, is been charged with a Class A Felony for Murder in the First Degree; three counts of Class A Felony for Assault in the First Degree or Attempt- Serious Injury or Special Victim; a Class B Felony for Burglary in the First Degree; Class D Felonies for Endangering the Welfare of a Child- Creating Substantial Risk- in the First Degree and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm; and two counts of an Unclassified Felony for Armed Criminal Action. Due to the severity of the charges, the court has ordered no bond.

Palmer remains in custody.

A Case Review in Palmer’s case is scheduled to be held at 9 a.m. on Monday, August 10 at Saline County Circuit Court.
