Wayne A. Waddle, age 95, of Marshall and formerly of Slater, died Saturday, August 22, 2020.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, August 27, at Open Door Baptist Church. Burial, with military rites, will follow at the Missouri State Veterans’ Cemetery in Higginsville. Visitation will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall.

Survivors include three children: Teresa Johnson (Larry), of Sedalia, Arthur Wayne Waddle, of Dexter, and Tabatha Diane Boehmer (Randy), of Marshall; five grandchildren: Josh Cantrell, Melissa Rew, Michael  Burkett (Melissa Kohler), Anthony Burkett and Jason Burkett (Amanda Uptegrove); six great-grandchildren: Amber (Austin Scott), Trinity, Connor, William, Cohlin and Caiden; one great-great granddaughter, Amory; as well as other extended family.

In addition to his parents, Arthur Ovid Waddle and Vera Thelma Clark Waddle; he was preceded in death by one daughter, Tammy Lucille Wartenbe; and one sister, Lucille Waddle.
