Along with taking care of regular items of business, a COVID-19 update was discussed during the meeting of the Brunswick R-2 School Board on Monday, September 21.

Superintendent Cara Engelbrecht explained things are going well with in-person classes so far.

Engelbrecht says everybody has adapted to the new normal with COVID-19.

In some business from the meeting, the board approved the revised budget; a Septagon pay request; a change order; the district’s Emergency Action Plan; and the bus routes for the 2020-21 school year.
