Jennifer L. North, age 61, of Marshall, died Monday, April 26, 2021, at her home.

Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, April 30, at Slater City Cemetery, with Rev. Paul List officiating.

Memorial contributions are suggested to her grandchildren’s education fund, in care of Weiker Funeral Home in Slater.

Born April 21, 1960 in Marshall, she was the daughter of the late Charles W. and Judith Ann Gibson Hopkins.

She is survived by a son, Chaz North of Lakeland, Tennessee; five grandchildren; a brother, Charles Bernard Hopkins of Miami; and a sister, Kathy McClanahan of Slater. She was preceded in death by a sister, Charlotte Jean Arbogast.

Ms. North had worked as a food processor at ConAgra Frozen Foods in Marshall prior to retiring after forty-two years of service.
