Area fire fighters responded to a structure fire over the weekend.

According to the Johnson County Fire Protection District, Stations 1 and 10 responded to a residential structure fire south of Warrensburg on Saturday, May 1.

The fire was contained to a mobile home.

The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Missouri State Fire Marshal and the Johnson County Fire Investigation Unit.
