Carroll County Health Department officials invite residents to stop by its Baby Care Center at the Carroll County Fair, which is continuing through Saturday, July 10.

The Baby Care Center is located at the 4-H Youth Building.

Officials say it offers a cool, comfortable place to feed babies, pump or change diapers.
