Several area roadways are closed due to flooding.

According to MoDOT, the closures are in Saline, Chariton and Johnson Counties.

In Saline County, Highway 127 north of Sweet Springs and I-70 is closed at Salt Pond Creek.

In Chariton County, Highway 11 northeast of Mendon; Route E east of Highway 11; Route D just east of Highway 5; and Highway 129 and Route O north of Salisbury are closed.

In Johnson County, Highway 23 between Concordia and Knob Noster is closed.
