During the meeting of the Glasgow School Board on Wednesday, July 21, a reminder was given that the 2021-22 school year is scheduled to begin Tuesday, August 24.

The school secretaries will be back at school each weekday beginning Wednesday, August 4. Their hours will be 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. If you need to reach high school secretary Debbie Lyons or elementary secretary Tracy Audsley, call (660) 338-2012 anytime after August 4.

Registration, schedules, supply lists and locker-assignment information for students in sixth through 12th grades have been mailed home to each family. If you need additional copies of this information, notify Lyons after August 4, and she can provide the requested materials.

The district’s Open House will be held for all grades from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, August 19. Families will be able to visit classrooms and meet the teachers during the event.
