A Marshall man facing a couple of felony charges after the report of a subject possibly breaking into a vehicle at the commuter parking lot near Pyro City at Marshall Junction on July 1 is due in court Wednesday, August 4.

According to a Saline County deputy’s report, drug-related items and items reported stolen allegedly were located in the vehicle driven by Jeffrey Allen Milligan.

According to a court documents, Milligan is facing felonies for possession of a controlled substance and stealing of $750 or more; as well as a drug-related misdemeanor. Bond remains at $25,000 cash or surety.

Milligan was arraigned on July 2. His preliminary hearing is scheduled to be held at 1:30 p.m. at Saline County Circuit Court.
