A Marshall woman who has been charged with a felony following a vehicle pursuit on August 10 is due in court later this month.

According to a report from the Pettis County Sheriff’s Office, Saline County 9-1-1 reported a vehicle with no headlights failed to yield for deputies at a high rate of speed southbound on U.S. Highway 65. Pettis County deputies observed the vehicle traveling in Sedalia near Route HH and attempted a traffic stop; however, they say the vehicle accelerated to more than 100 mph.

Authorities say near the 300 block of East Morgan Street in Sedalia, Conchetta Wolfe crashed her vehicle into a patrol vehicle and continued to attempt to elude detainment. Wolfe was taken into custody after a Taser deployment.

Court documents say Wolfe is charged with a felony for resisting arrest, detention or stop by fleeing. Bond is set at $50,000 cash or surety.

Wolfe was arraigned on August 10, and her cousel-status hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, August 24, at Pettis County Circuit Court.
