The City of Sedalia was notified by a construction contractor for Bothwell Regional Health Center stating a portion of East 13th Street will be closed to through traffic from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 16,

According to a press release, the road closure on the 600 block of East 13th Street is to allow additional construction equipment and materials to be delivered and moved onto hospital buildings.

Officials say the Health Center Emergency Room drive will remain open to all traffic needing access to the health center.

Travelers should consider an alternate route to avoid delays.
