Several roadwork projects are scheduled to take place this week in Carroll County.

According to MODOT, Route J is scheduled to be closed for bridge deck repairs at the Bridge Creek Bridge, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday.

Bridge joint expansion repair at the Moss Creek Drainage Ditch Bridge south of Carrollton on U.S. Highway 65 is scheduled to take place Monday through Thursday. This is an around-the-clock lane closure with a 12-foot width restriction. Temporary traffic signals are in place to guide motorists through the work zone.

Drainage work is scheduled on U.S. Highway 65 – from the Livingston County line to Route J- Monday through Friday.

Pavement repair is slated to take place from County Road 200 to County Road 220 on U.S. Highway 65 on Wednesday and Thursday.

In addition, Route Z- from Route C to County Road 217- remains closed until further notice due to damage caused by a roadway slide and ongoing geological studies.

All roadwork is weather permitting.
