A 31-year-old Otterville man died in a rollover traffic crash in Morgan County early this morning.

A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as an westbound vehicle, driven by Austin Rasa traveled off the right side of the roadway and went airborne. The vehicle landed and began to roll, causing the driver to be ejected. The driver was not wearing a safety device.

Rasa was pronounced deceased at the scene at 2:08 a.m.

Troopers, Pettis, Cooper and Morgan Counties Sheriff’s Department all assisted with the incident.

The crash happened at 12:40 a.m. on Old Route 50 near US Highway 50.
