A couple of trails at a state park in Johnson County currently are closed to certain users.

According to Knob Noster State Park officials, due to the wet conditions, the McAdoo Trail is closed for equestrian users; and Opossum Hollow Trail is closed to bicyclists.

However, all trails are opened to hikers.

Park officials urge residents to be careful of debris and wet or muddy areas of the trails.

Park officials anticipate reopening the trails for normal use- which includes equestrian and bicycling- on Friday, November 12.
