The Marshall High School Debate Squad competed in the Truman Debate Tournament the weekend of December 4.

According to a news release, John Miles placed 10th out of 42 competitors in the Lincoln-Douglas event.

The squad is scheduled to participate in a tournament at Raytown South High School this weekend. Another debate event will follow at Grain Valley High School on Friday, January 7.
