Execution of search warrants led to formal charges filed against Viktor Gergovskyy in Sedalia on August 25, and he recently changed his plea in court and will be spending a lengthy time in state prison.
According the Sedalia Police Department, the Crime Resolution Unit (CRU) executed two search warrants in Room 125 at 1217 South Limit Avenue related to an ongoing investigation involving distribution of fentanyl in the Sedalia area.
