The Missouri Public Service Commission has established the deadline for those wishing to intervene and participate in a natural gas rate case filed by Spire Missouri, Inc. (Spire).

According to a press release, applications to intervene and participate in this case must be filed no later than April 25, 2022, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) at www.psc.mo.gov.

Individual citizens wishing to comment should contact either the Office of the Public Counsel at (866) 922-2959 or the Public Service
Commission Staff at 1-800-392-4211. The Office of the Public Counsel is a separate state agency that represents the
general public in matters before the Commission.

On April 1, 2022, Spire filed a natural gas rate case with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking a net increase in its natural gas revenues of approximately $151.9 million.

Spire provides natural gas service to approximately 1.2 million natural gas customers in 42 Missouri counties including Carroll, Cooper, Howard, Johnson, Lafayette, Pettis, and Saline in the KMMO listening area.
