An area law-enforcement agency is asking for help from the public in locating a man with an active warrant.

According to the Sedalia Police Department’s Crime Resolution Unit, 32-year-old Cosa W. Hoskins is wanted for burglary in the first degree, domestic assault in the fourth degree, harassment in the first degree, forgery and four counts of stealing. Hoskins is described as African American and about 6-foot-3 and 220 pounds.

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Hoskins is urged to contact the Sedalia Police Department’s Crime Resolution Unit; or, if outside of Sedalia, contact your local law-enforcement agency. You can remain anonymous.

Authorities say you should not take any police action yourself.
