UPDATED WITH NEW INFORMATION AT 12:30 P.M.
Overnight, high winds caused damage at the Marshall Municipal Airport.
After the sun came up, city officials were able to assess the damage and get more of an idea of the repairs that are going to be needed to the terminal.
City Administrator JD Kehrman said he has since talked to Municipal Services and Airport Director Bill Anderson.
With more rain expected on Monday, May 2, Kehrman says the plan is to tarp the building to hopefully keep it from suffering further damage.
It was thought that due to the antenna being destroyed, there would be no flights in or out during nighttime hours, but Kehrman says they have a new plan to allow that to happen.
