An area law-enforcement agency is asking for help from the public in locating a man with an active warrant.

According to the Sedalia Police Department’s Crime Resolution Unit, 36-year-old James R. Shull Jr. is wanted for failure to appear for trafficking drugs, possession of a controlled substance, driving while revoked and failure to obey a traffic control device. Shull is described as white and about 5-foot-10 and 135 pounds.

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Shull is urged to contact the Sedalia Police Department’s Crime Resolution Unit; or, if outside of Sedalia, contact your local law-enforcement agency. You can remain anonymous.

Authorities say you should not take any police action yourself.
