A Marshall man was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident in Howard County on Saturday, October 22.

According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 40-year-old Jeffrey Pond traveled off the left side of the highway and overturned.

Pond was life flighted by MU 1 to University Hospital with serious injuries.

The accident occurred at 5:48 p.m. on Highway 87 north of Boonville.
